1. Program Description
The Auto Safety Files SMS program, a DBA of Truthfully Insured LLC ("Program"), sends informative text messages to subscribers who have affirmatively opted in by providing a mobile number and checking the relevant consent box on autosafetyfiles.com. The Program offers two independent message categories:
- Account Notifications: delivery confirmations for the requested safety tip sheet, subscription status updates, and replies to support inquiries.
- Marketing: new guide announcements, editorial highlights, and occasional promotions for free informative content. Up to 4 messages per month.
Auto Safety Files, a DBA of Truthfully Insured LLC, is not an insurance company, agent, or broker, and SMS messages will never include insurance quotes, lead handoffs, or third-party sales offers.
2. Consent
Each SMS category has its own unchecked-by-default consent checkbox on the subscribe form. You must affirmatively check the box for the category you wish to receive. Consent is not a condition of purchase, subscription, or access to any content on the Site.
3. Message Frequency
Message frequency varies by category. Account Notifications are transactional and sent as needed. Marketing messages are sent up to 4 times per month.
4. Cost
Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile plan and carrier. Auto Safety Files does not charge a fee to receive Program messages.
5. Opt-Out (STOP)
You may opt out at any time by replying STOP, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, or QUIT to any message. Opt-out requests are processed immediately and you will receive a single confirmation message that the opt-out has been honored. No further messages will be sent after opt-out unless you re-enroll.
6. Help (HELP)
For help or program information, reply HELP to any message or contact us at the email address below.
7. Carriers
The Program is compatible with major U.S. carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
8. Privacy
Your phone number and any information you provide in connection with the Program are handled per our Privacy Policy. We do not sell, rent, share, or transfer your phone number or any related data to any insurance carrier, agent, broker, lead aggregator, or third-party marketer under any circumstance.
9. Eligibility
The Program is available to U.S. residents 18 years of age or older. By opting in, you confirm that you are the subscriber to or authorized user of the mobile number provided.
10. Changes
We may modify the Program or these SMS Terms at any time. Material changes will be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date.
